In Memoriam

Tom Felando, hydrologist on the Deschutes National Forest headquartered in Bend, Oregon died suddenly of a heart attack July 22, 1995. Tom was 45. Our deepest sympathy to Tom's wife, Debbie, and daughters, Amy and Molly. Gary Boyle, hydrologist with the Intermountain Region of the USDA Forest Service headquartered in Ogden, Utah, passed away September 18, 1995after a struggle with cancer. Our deepest sympathy to Gary's wife, Karen.
