Article IV, section 1 of the Watershed Management Council's Articles of Association and Bylaws establishes a Board of Directors. The Board consists of the four Officers and five members-at-large. The Council members have elected the following Board members for calendar years 1991 and 1992:

Treasurer - Neil H. Berg
